What materials are your holsters made from?
We specialize in high-grade .08" Kydex for durability and premium top-grain leather for comfort. Check the product description for specific material details and hardware specifications.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all our holsters come with a Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failure. If your holster breaks under normal use, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day 'Test Drive' period. If you are not completely satisfied with the fit or comfort of your holster, you can return it for a full refund, minus shipping costs, within 30 days of delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Standard 'Quick Ship' items typically process within 24-48 hours. Custom-made holsters have a lead time of 7-14 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.
Can I adjust the retention and cant of my holster?
Most of our IWB and OWB models feature adjustable retention screws and multi-hole clips, allowing you to customize the draw tension and carry angle to your preference.
